      目的 对实验室内部检测能力水平进行客观评价,验证实验室的检测能力,检测人员的操作技术水平和仪器设备的运行状态。方法 用GB 5009.6-2016《食品安全国家标准食品中脂肪的测定》第三法对乳粉样品的脂肪项目进行定量检测分析; 依据CNAS-GL027: 2018《化学分析实验室内部质量控制指南-制图的应用》, 对实验室乳粉脂肪项目质控样的检测结果进行制图并作出统计评价。结果 本研究样品均匀稳定, 实验数据服从正态分布。由质控图分析可得该方法受控, 可以报告分析结果。结论 实验室通过质控图可以发现实验室在检测分析过程控制中存在的问题, 并及时检查原因,予以纠正, 保证测量系统处于统计受控状态。
英文摘要:
      Objective To objectively evaluate the internal testing capability of the laboratory, and verify the testing capabilities of the laboratory,the operational level of the testing personnel, and the operating status of the instrument. Method The fat content of milk powder samples were quantitative detected and analyzed by GB 5009.6-2016 Food safety national standard-Determination of fat in foods. The results of the quality control samples of the laboratory milk powder fat project were charted and statistically evaluated by CNAS-GL027: 2018 Chemical analysis laboratory internal quality control guide-Application of drawing. Results The sample of this study was uniform and the experimental data obeyed the normal distribution. The method was controlled by the quality control chart analysis, and the analysis of result can be reported. Conclusion Through the quality control chart, the laboratory can discover the problems existing in the process of detection and analysis of the laboratory, and timely check the causes and correct them to ensure that the measurement system is in a statistically controlled state.
