目的 了解黑龙江省健康人与屠宰场猪耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, MRSA)携带情况, 及其耐药和分子分型情况。方法 参照黑龙江省金黄色葡萄球菌专项监测方案, 对分离的金黄色葡萄球菌进行药物敏感性检测筛选MRSA, 对MRSA进行spa、MLST和SCCmec基因分型, 同时检测pvl基因。结果 1500份健康人样本分离出257株金黄色葡萄球菌(17.13%, 257/1500), 500份猪样本分离出149株金黄色葡萄球菌(29.8%, 149/500)。所有菌株对万古霉素、替考拉宁和利奈唑烷均敏感, 对红霉素和克林霉素耐药率较高。MLST分型结果为ST9型, 1株未鉴定出型别。spa分型为t899和t2922, t899为主要型别(83%, 29/35)。SCCmec分型结果为IVb型, pvl基因均为阴性。结论 黑龙江省健康人MRSA携带率比例较低, 屠宰场猪携带一定程度MRSA, 且猪源金黄色葡萄球菌耐药情况较重, 应控制养殖动物抗生素的使用。 |

Objective To understand the carrying status, drug resistance and molecular typing of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in healthy human and slaughterhouses pig in Heilongjiang province. Methods According to the special monitoring program of Staphylococcus aureus in Heilongjiang province, MRSA was detected by drug sensitivity test for isolated Staphylococcus aureus, and the spa, MLST and SCCmec genotyping were performed on MRSA, and pvl gene was detected at the same time. Results Totally 257 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from 1500 healthy samples(17.13%, 257/1500), and 149 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from 500 pig samples(29.8%, 149/500). All strains were sensitive to vancomycin, teicoplanin and linezolid, and had higher resistance to erythromycin and clindamycin. The typing result of MLST was ST9, and one strain was not identified. spa typing was t899 and t2922, and t899 was the main type (83%, 29/35). The results of SCCmec typing were IVb type and all pvl genes were negative. Conclusion The proportion of healthy people carrying MRSA in Heilongjiang province is low and pigs in the slaughterhouse carry a certain degree of MRSA, and the resistance of pig-derived Staphylococcus aureus is heavier, so the use of antibiotics in farmed animals should be controlled. |
