      电子商务的快速发展推动了现代物流业的不断发展, 物流模式也发生了相应改变。自营物流发展模式的出现, 为食品企业的发展带来了新的机遇, 同时也存在诸多需要解决的问题。目前食品企业自营物流的发展面临更加激烈的市场竞争环境, 但是市场发展潜力也比较大。本文通过对食品企业自营物流发展存在的问题进行分析, 得出了相应的发展对策, 为食品企业自营物流的发展方向提供理论参考。

      The rapid development of e-commerce had promoted the continuous development of modern logistics industry, and the logistics mode had changed accordingly. The emergence of the self-operated logistics development model had brought new opportunities for the development of food enterprises, and there were also many problems need to be solved. At present, the development of self-operated logistics of food enterprises was facing more intense market competition environment, but the market development potential was also relatively large. This paper analyzed the problems existing in the development of self-operated logistics of food enterprises, and put forward the corresponding development countermeasures, so as to provide theoretical references for the development direction of self-operated logistics of food enterprises.
