      目的 建立分子印迹固相萃取—高效液相色谱法同时测定辣椒制品中4种苏丹红(苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ)的含量。方法 改进GB/T 19681-2005食品中苏丹红染料的检测方法 高效液相色谱法中的试样处理方法, 使用Welchrom? SDH分子印迹固相萃取小柱对多种辣椒制品基质进行净化, 并采用Ultimate? XB-C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm)色谱柱, 以乙腈和水为流动相进行等度洗脱, 于500 nm波长下测定。结果 苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ在0.1~10.0 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好, 相关系数r2为0.9995~0.9999, 回收率为88.9%~106.6%, 检出限为0.01 mg/kg。结论 该方法简便、灵敏度高、准确性好, 适用于食品中4种苏丹红的定量分析。

      Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 4 kinds of Sudan red in chili products by molecular imprinted solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography. Methods GB/T 19681-2005 Method for the detection of Sudan red dyes in food-High performance liquid chromatography was improved, and various chili product substrates were purified using Welchrom? SDH molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction column. Samples were separated with a Ultimate? XB-C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column by isocratic elution using acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase and detected at 500 nm. Results Sudan red I, II, III and IV had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1-10.0 μg/mL, the correlation coefficients r2 were 0.9995-0.9999, the recovery rates were 88.9%-106.6%, and the limit of detection was 0.01 mg/kg. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive, accurate, and it is suitable for the quantitative analysis of 4 kinds of Sudan red in chili products sample at the same time.
