通过比对环境标准中高效液相色谱法测定多环芳烃的出峰顺序,发现HJ478﹑HJ647和HJ784之间的出峰顺序彼此矛盾,影响检测人员判断,也影响数据正确性。本文通过单标定性实验,确定高效液相色谱法多环芳烃出峰顺序差异物质的正确出峰时间和顺序,以便于指导实验人员出具正确的检测结果。 |

By comparing the peaking sequence of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in environmental standards, it was found that the peaking sequence between HJ478, HJ647 and HJ784 was contradictory, which affected the judgement of the detectors and the correctness of the data. In order to guide the experimenters to produce the correct test results, the correct time and sequence of different substances in the peak order of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were determined by single-label experiments. |
