目的 考察水质对石榴皮多酚提取纯化工艺的影响。方法 分别用生活饮用水和纯化水对石榴皮粉末进行提取分离纯化,对其流分中的石榴皮多酚类物质进行高效液相法(HPLC)测定。结果 生活饮用水对石榴皮粉末提取纯化得到安石榴苷含量为2.65%;纯化水对石榴皮粉末提取纯化得到安石榴苷含量为78.79%。 结论 生活饮用水对石榴皮多酚提取纯化的影响极大,会加速石榴皮多酚类物质的氧化。 |

Objective To investigate the effect of purification of water quality of Pomegranate Peel Polyphenols extract. Methods The pomegranate peel powder was extracted and purified by drinking water and purified water respectively, and the polyphenols in pomegranate peel were determined by High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Result Drinking water of pomegranate peel powder extracted from pomegranate at glycosides was 2.65%; Purified water of pomegranate peel powder extracted from pomegranate glycosides was 78.79% at. Conclusion The influence of drinking water on the extraction and purification of Pomegranate Peel Polyphenols is very great, which accelerates the oxidation of polyphenols in pomegranate peel. |
