摘要: 目的 为分析我国2008~2017年经政府发布的饮料中微生物不合格信息的发生特点及趋势。方法 通过对我国各省市食品安全监管部门网站发布的饮料微生物相关不合格信息进行收集及整理, 分析我国近10年饮料的微生物风险情况。结果 2008.1.1~2017.12.31我国国家及省市食品安全监管部门累计曝光饮料中微生物指标检测不合格数据共4630件, 其中包装饮用水占90.78%(4203/4630), 而包装饮用水的主要微生物问题为铜绿假单胞菌, 占45.04%(1893/4203)。结论 饮料中微生物指标监管应重点关注包装饮用水中的铜绿假单胞菌,并引入新的科学技术作为有效支撑。 |

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the characteristics and trends of information on unqualified beverage failed for microbial index issued by the government in China from 2008-2017 in China. Methods Through the collection and sorting of beverage microbiological related unqualified information published on the websites of food safety supervision departments of various provinces and cities in China, the microbial risk of beverages in China in the past 10 years was analyzed. Results China's national and provincial food safety regulatory authorities had cumulatively exposed 4,630 pieces of unqualified data on microbial indicators in beverages in 2008.1.1-2017.12.31. The packaged drinking water accounted for 90.78% (4203/4630), while the main microbial problem of packaging drinking water was Pseudomonas aeruginosa, accounting for 45.04% (1893/4203). Conclusion The microbial indexes monitoring in beverages should focus on Pseudomonas aeruginosa in packaged drinking water and new scientific technologies need to be introduced as effective support. |
