      真菌毒素污染是一个世界性的公共安全问题,也是我国食品安全监管的重点。真菌毒素检测标准数量众多和发展迅速。本文系统的描述了我国现行有效的各类真菌毒素检测标准:国家标准(GB)、行业标准(LS、NY、SN)及部分地方标准,通过对这些标准的检测方法和检出限的阐述和分析,从应用和市场的角度提出了一些建议和看法,希望能为质检部门监管及企业自检提供科学依据,同时,希望为我国标准的修订,提供参考性的建议

      Fungal toxin pollution is a worldwide public safety problem and also the focus of food safety supervision in China. There are numerous fungal toxin detection standards under rapid development. In this paper, the author details the current effective detection standards of various fungal toxins in China: national standards (GB), industry standards (LS, NY and SN) and some local standards. Through the elaboration and analysis of the detection methods and detection limits of these standards, the author puts forward some suggestions and opinions from the perspective of application and market, hoping to provide scientific basis for the supervision of quality inspection departments and self-inspection of enterprises, and at the same time, the author hopes to provide reference suggestions for the formulation of standards in China.
