目的 提出了一种在黄曲霉毒素氮吹时防止因挥发导致回收率下降的改进措施。方法 在溶液中加入一定量的丙三醇作为添加剂后再进行氮吹, 并研究了丙三醇加入量对回收率影响的量效关系, 以及不同材质的氮吹试管对结果的影响。结果 聚丙烯离心管(polypropylene, PP)比玻璃材质更适用于氮吹。在溶液中加入10%丙三醇溶液100 μL可以有效防止氮吹时造成的回收率损失, 将黄曲霉毒素的回收率从50%~60%提高到90%以上。结论 该方法简便有效, 特别适合在处理大批量样品时使用。 |

Objective To establish an improved measure for preventing of the reduction of recovery due to volatilization during aflatoxin nitrogen sweeping. Methods Glycerol was added into solution as additive agent before nitrogen sweeping, and the dose-effect relationship of the amount of glycerol added to the recovery rate and the effect of nitrogen-sweeping tubes of different materials on the results were also studied. Results Polypropylene (PP) centrifugal tube was more suitable for nitrogen sweeping than glass tube. The addition of 100 μL 10% glycerol solution in the solution could effectively prevent the loss of recovery caused by nitrogen sweeping, and increase the recoveries from 50%-60% to over 90%. Conclusion The method is simple and effective, which is especially suitable for large amount of samples processing. |
