      目的 比对维生素B1的2种检测方法, 探究当食品中含有还原性物质葡萄籽提取物时, 检测维生素B1的准确性。方法 采用GB/T 5009.197-2003、GB 5009.84-2016分别测定保健食品中盐酸硫铵素、维生素B1的含量。结果 当样品中含有还原性物质葡萄籽提取物时, GB/T 5009.197-2003方法与标签值相差不大, GB 5009.84-2016检测结果的标准度偏差为57.3%。为了避免葡萄籽提取物的干扰, 必须加大衍生剂铁氰化钾的用量, 来提高维生素B1检测的准确性, 改进后, 回收率能达到101.8%, 符合检测要求。结论 当样品无干扰时, 2种方法检测的结果一致。当样品有还原性物质葡萄籽提取物时, 必须加大衍生剂的用量避免干扰, 使检测结果更加准确。
英文摘要:
      Objective To compare the two kinds of detection methods for vitamin B1, and explore the accuracy of detecting vitamin B1 when the food contains reducing material grape seed extract. Methods The contents of ammonium sulfate hydrochloride and vitamin B1 in health food were determined by GB/T 5009.197-2003 and GB 5009.84-2016, respectively. Results When the sample contained the reducing substance grape seed extract, the GB/T 5009.197-2003 method was not different from the label value, and the standard deviation of test results of GB 5009.84-2016 was 57.3%. In order to avoid the interference of grape seed extract, the amount of the derivative potassium ferricyanide must be increased to improve the accuracy of vitamin B1 detection. After improvement, the recovery rate could reach 101.8%, meeting the testing requirements. Conclusion When the sample is free of interference, the results of the two methods are consistent. When the sample has the reducing substance grape seed extract, the amount of derivative must be increased to avoid interference and make the test results more accurate.
