      黄曲霉毒素B1(aflatoxin B1, AFB1)是一种毒性极强的真菌毒素, 也是诱发肝癌的重要危险因素之一。AFB1与乙肝病毒两者协同致癌作用比单因素乙肝病毒诱发肝癌高约30~60倍。AFB1进入体内后主要通过引发DNA损伤发挥毒性作用, 其中DNA-加合物是最常见的损伤形式, 而表观遗传修饰的改变在其致肝脏损伤中也发挥着显著的作用。本文综述了近年来AFB1致肝脏损伤的相关研究进展, 总结出AFB1可能的致癌机制, 以期为防治黄曲霉毒素引起的肝脏损伤提供理论依据。
英文摘要:
      Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) is a highly toxic mycotoxin and one of the important risk factors for liver cancer. The synergistic carcinogenic effect of AFB1 and hepatitis B virus is about 30-60 times higher than that of single-factor hepatitis B virus-induced liver cancer. AFB1 plays a toxic role in body mainly by triggering DNA damage, DNA-adduct is the most common form of damage, and changes in epigenetic modification play a significant role in liver damage. This paper reviewed recent advances in AFB1-induced liver injury, and summarized the possible carcinogenic mechanisms of AFB1 to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of liver damage caused by aflatoxin.
