目的 通过测量审核提升本实验室检测沙门氏菌能力与自身竞争力。方法 以测量审核作业指导书、出入境检验检疫行业标准SN/T 1869-2007 食品中多种致病菌快速检测方法PCR法和国家标准GB 4789.4-2016 食品微生物学检验沙门氏菌检验为依据, 采用PCR方法和传统增菌、分离、生化反应、血清学法鉴定沙门氏菌。结果 编号091样品检出沙门氏菌, 编号123样品PCR检测出现假阳性, 经生化鉴定证实检出非沙门氏菌。结论 PCR出现假阳性, 需经生化鉴定予以确认。本次测量审核样本检测结果与制样单位反馈结果一致。 |

Objective To improve the laboratory's ability and self competitiveness to detect Salmonella by measurement audit. Methods Salmonella was identified by PCR method, traditional bacteria increasing, separation and biochemical reaction and serological identification method, according to the guidance book of measurement audit, entry-exit inspection and quarantine industry standard SN/T 1869-2007 PCR The rapid detection of multiple pathogens in foods-PCR method and national standard GB 4789.4-2016 National food safety standard-Food microbiological examination-Salmonella. Results Salmonella was detected from samples No. 091, and false positive was detected by PCR from samples No. 123, which was confirmed to be non-Salmonella by biochemical identification. Conclusion False positive PCR should be confirmed by biochemical identification. The results of this measurement audit sample are consistent with the feedback results of sample preparation units. |
