随着互联网经济的高速发展, 餐饮电子商务平台呈现出火爆增长的态势, 餐饮的消费结构和消费方式也在不断变化, 高速发展的同时也存在一系列问题。餐饮外卖行业最注重的是安全、口味、速度, 如何把最美味的食物以最快的速度送达消费者手中, 物流配送仍是一大难关。为保障高校外卖餐饮食品质量安全, 本研究基于资源整合构建大学校园外卖服务站, 对高校校园餐饮外卖配送模式进行设计, 以期改善高校餐饮外卖配送问题。 |

With the rapid development of internet economy, the e-business platform of catering industry shows a tendency of hot growth. The consumption structure and consumption mode of catering are also changing constantly. The rapid development also has a series of problems. The takeaway food industry pays the most attention to safety, taste and speed, so how to deliver the most delicious food to consumers at the fastest speed, logistics delivery is still a big difficulty. In order to guarantee the quality and safety of college takeaway food industry, this study built college campus takeaway food industry service station based on resource integration, and designed college campus takeaway food industry mode, in order to improve college takeaway food industry problem. |
