      目的 评估液相色谱-串联质谱法检测中兽药中金刚烷胺和金刚乙胺含量的不确定度。方法 根据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的相关规定, 对液相色谱-串联质谱法检测中兽药(白头翁散、苍术香连散、银翘散)中金刚烷胺和金刚乙胺含量测定的不确定度进行评定。结果 中兽药中金刚烷胺和金刚乙胺的含量分别为1.024 mg/kg、1.056 mg/kg时, 取k=2, 测定结果的相对扩展不确定度分别为0.07463、 0.07245 mg/kg, 结果分别表示为(1.024±0.07463)、(1.056±0.07245) mg/kg。结论 影响测量结果的不确定度主要来源为液相色谱-串联质谱仪的灵敏度、天平的精密度、操作的规范性。

      Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of determination of amantadine and rimantadine in Chinese veterinary medicine by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Methods According to the relevant provisions of JJF1059.1-2012 Measurement uncertainty evaluation and representation, the uncertainty of determination of amantadine and rimantadine in veterinary drugs (Pycnonotus sinensis powder, Atractylodes Lancea powder, Yinqiao powder) by LC-MS/MS was evaluated. Results The content of amantadine and rimantadine in veterinary medicine were 1.024 mg/kg and 1.056 mg/kg, respectively, when k=2, and the relative expansion uncertainty of the test results were 0.07463 and 0.07245 mg/kg, respectively. The results were (1.024±0.07463) and (1.056±0.07245) mg/kg, respectively. Conclusion The main sources of uncertainty were the sensitivity of the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometer, the precision of the balance, and the standard of operation.
