目的 通过参加牛肉粉末中猪源性成分定性检测FAPAS能力验证, 提高实验人员的专业水平, 扩大实验室影响力以及增强竞争力。方法 根据FAPAS组织方提供的能力验证作业指导书及SB/T 10923-2012《肉及肉制品中猪牛羊马驴鸡鸭鹅兔源性成分的快速鉴定实时PCR法》, 对2个牛肉粉末样品3108A-47、3108B-19进行猪源性成分检测检测。结果 2个样品均检出牛源性成分, 3108A-47未检出猪源性成分, 3108B-19检出猪源性成分。结论 本次能力验证结果为满意。 |

Objective To improve the professionalism of the experimental staff, expand the influence of the laboratory and enhance competitiveness, by participating FAPAS capability for qualitative detection of porcine-derive components in beef powder. Methods Based on the proficiency testing instructions provided by the FAPAS organizer and SB/T 10923-2012 Species identification of porcine, bovine, sheep, horse, donkey, chicken, duck, goose and rabbit derived materials in meat and meat products RT-PCR method, 2 beef powder samples 3108A-47 and 3108B-19 were tested for porcine-derived components. Result Bovine components were detected in both samples, porcine components were not detected in 3108A-47, and porcine components were detected in 3108B-19. Conclusion The result of this ability verification is satisfactory. |
