      目的 建立液液萃取-气相色谱-质谱法同时测定奶嘴中12种N-亚硝胺释放量的分析方法。方法 样品经人工唾液提取, 采用HP-INNOWax色谱柱进行分离, 采用分流进样的方式对样品进行上机分析。结果 在浓度25~150 μg/L内12种N-亚硝胺的线性关系良好, 相关系数均大于0.995。12种N-亚硝胺的检出限为 2 μg/kg, 定量限为5 μg/kg。方法回收率在94.44%~103.93%之间, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)在1.39%~2.73%之间。结论 该方法操作简单, 灵敏度高, 准确可靠, 适用于奶嘴中12种N-亚硝胺的测定。

      Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 12 kinds of N-nitrosamine released from nipple by liquid-liquid extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods The samples were extracted by artificial saliva, separated by HP-INNOWax chromatographic column, and analyzed on computer by means of shunt sampling. Results The linear relationship of 12 kinds of N-nitrosamines was good at the concentration of 25-150 μg/L, the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.995.The limits of detection of 12 kinds of N-Nitrosamines were 2 μg/kg and the limits of quantitative were 5 μg/kg. The recovery rates were between 94.44%-103.93%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) were between 1.39%-2.73%. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reliable, which is suitable for the determination of 12 kinds of N-nitrosamines in nipple.
