保障食品的质量与安全不仅关系全人类的健康和福祉, 也有助于国际国内食品消费。本文以食品安全监管为研究视角, 概述了云南省出口食用菌产业现状, 分析了2012~2016年云南省食用菌产量和产值、出口量和出口额趋势变化背后的原因。通过对云南省食用菌安全监管模式和企业现状实证研究, 发现了监管和产业发展中潜在的不足, 结合云南省省情提出了具体的监管建议, 为云南省食用菌产业的发展提供了参考。 |

Ensuring the quality and safety of food is not only related to the health and well-being of mankind, but also contributed to international and domestic food consumption. Food safety supervision was considered as the object, this paper summarized the status of edible fungus export industry in Yunnan province, and analyzed the total production and value, exported volume and value of Yunnan’s edible fungus from 2012 to 2016 and the reasons behind the trend. Through the empirical research on the safety supervision mode of edible fungus and enterprise status in Yunnan province, the problems existed in the supervision and in the industry were found. This paper proposed some specific regulatory suggestions according to Yunnan current situation, so as to provide reference for the development of edible fungus industry in Yunnan province. |
