      目的 建立分光光度法测定洋参软胶囊中人参总皂甙的含量的分析方法。方法 通过超声辅助加热的方式对洋参软胶囊中人参总皂甙进行提取, 在?0.08 Mpa 60 ℃条件下快速旋转蒸发洗脱液, 采用多点校正分光光度法进行测定。结果 总皂甙在0~50 μg/mL浓度范围内线性良好, 相关系数r2为0.9991。3个水平下的加标回收率为90.0%~98.9%, 相对标准偏差小于2.3%, 精密度、回收率均满足实验要求。结论 该法简单快速、准确可靠, 可作为洋参软胶囊中总皂甙的质量评价方法。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for determination of total saponins in ginseng soft capsules by spectrophotometry. Methods The total ginsenosides in ginseng soft capsules were extracted by ultrasound-assisted heating. The eluate was rapidly rotating evaporated under the condition of ?0.08 Mpa 60 ℃ and determined by multi-point calibration spectrophotometry. Results The total saponins had a good linear relationship in the range of 0~50 μg/mL with good correlation coefficients (r2=0.9991). The mean recoveries at 3 spiked levels were 90.0%-98.9% with relative standard deviation less than 2.3%. The precision and recoveries satisfied the experimental requirements. Conclusion This method is simple, faste, accurate and reliable, and it can be used to evaluate the quality of total saponins in ginseng soft capsules.
