目的 建立用气相色谱-串联质谱联用法检测甜瓜中甲胺磷等11种农药残留的分析方法。方法 样品用QuEChERS法提取, 经MgSO4、PSA净化, 气相色谱-串联质谱法测定, 外标法定量。结果 11种农药在添加浓度为0.05、0.10、0.20 mg/kg水平时具有良好的线性关系, 相关系数均大于0.991, 回收率为80.10%~111.30%, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)范围为1.32%~11.00%, 检出限在0.0003~ 0.01 mg/kg。结论 该方法简便、快捷, 准确性、精确性和灵敏度均满足农药残留分析的要求。 |

Objective To establish a method for the determination of 11 kinds of pesticide residues such as methamidophos in melon by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Methods The samples were extracted by QuEChERS method, purified by MgSO4 and PSA, determined by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, and quantified by external standard method. Results There were a good linear relationship between the 11 kinds of pesticides at the concentration of 0.05、0.10、0.20 mg/kg, and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.991. The recovery rates at the added concentration level were 80.10%-111.30%, the relative standard deviations (RSDs) range were 1.32%-11.00%, and the limits of detection were 0.0003-0.01 mg/kg. Conclusion This method is simple and rapid, its accurate, accurate and sensitive all meet the requirements of pesticide residue analysis. |
