      目的 建立不同剂型保健品中β-胡萝卜素的提取分离方法和同时测定国内常用的8种保健品中β-胡萝卜素含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法 采用Agela C18色谱柱(250 mm×2.1 mm, 4.5 μm)进行分离, 甲醇-乙腈-三氯甲烷(80:15:5, V:V:V)为流动相进行梯度洗脱, 流速1.2 mL/min, 检测波长为450 nm。结果 β-胡萝卜素的线性关系良好, 相关系数为0.9996, 检测限为0.08 mg/L, 胶囊样品、片剂样品、颗粒样品的加标回收率分别为95.6%、96.4%、96.2%。结论 该方法简单、快速、准确, 可用于不同剂型保健品中β-胡萝卜素的测定。

      Objective To establish the extraction methods of β-carotene from different types of samples and establish a method for the determination of β-carotene in health products by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods Agela C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 4.5μm) was used for separation, and methanol-acetonitrile- trichloromethane (80:15:5, V:V:V) was used as the mobile phase for gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.2 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 450 nm. Results β-carotene had a good linear relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.9996. The limit of detection was 0.08 mg/L. The standard recovery rates of capsule, tablet and particle samples were 95.6%, 96.4% and 96.2%, respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can be used for determination of β-carotene in different kinds of health products.
