      目的 建立高效液相色谱 (high performance liquid chromatography, HPLC)测定不同食品中乙酰磺胺酸钾(简称安赛蜜)含量的方法。方法 本研究对不同种类的食品进行不同的前处理, 采用ODS-C18色谱柱 (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm)进行分离, 以0.02 mol/L内含0.1%硫酸(V:V)的硫酸铵-甲醇-乙腈为流动相, 采用二极管列阵检测器(diode array detector, DAD)进行检测。结果 此方法在4.0~20.0 μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系, 相关系数r为0.9993, 不同种类食品的加标回收率达到90.1%~101.8%, 相对标准偏差<3.0%。结论 该方法准确度高, 重现性好, 能在10 min内快速分析, 可用于测定不同种类食品中的安赛蜜。

      Objective To establish a method for the determination of acesulfame potassium in different kinds of food by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods The targets in the samples were separated by ODC-C18 liquid chromatographic column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a mixture of 0.02 mol/L ammonium sulfate, methanol and acetonitrile containing 0.1% sulphuric acid (V:V) as mobile phase. The samples were analyzed by diode array detector (DAD). Results The method had a good relationships in the rage of 4.0-20.0 μg/mL (r=0.9993), the recoveries were 90.1%~101.8%, and the RSDs were less than 3.0%. Conclusion This method has high accuracy, good reproducibility and can be rapidly analyzed within 10 minutes, which can be used to detect acesulfame potassium in different kinds of food.
