目的 改善保鲜膜的性能, 拓展果胶的应用领域。方法 以果胶为基质, 改性后的苯甲酸根插层水滑石纳米材料为填充物, 制备一种新型保鲜膜。分别用X 射线衍射(X-ray diffraction, XRD)、红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, FI-IR)对纳米水滑石和复合保鲜膜进行表征, 并探讨苯甲酸根插层水滑石复合物的添加量对草鱼保鲜效果的影响。结果 MgAl-苯甲酸根-LDHs 添加量为0.05%时草鱼保鲜效果最佳, 且空白组的菌落总数、硫代巴比妥酸值(thiobarbituric acid, TBA)、挥发性盐基氮(total volatile basic nitrogen,TVB-N)、pH 值均高于各处理组。结论 复合保鲜膜具有较好的保鲜效果, 并且能延长货架期8 d 左右。 |

Objective To improve the performance of preservative film and expand the application of pectin.Methods A new type of preservative film was prepared by using pectin as the matrix and the modified benzoic acid root intercalated into the nano MgAl-benzoic acid-LDHs as filler. The nano-LDH and the preservative film were
characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FI-IR). The effects of the addition of the MgAl-benzoic acid-LDHs on the preservation of grass carp were discussed. Results The grass carp was best preserved when MgAl- benzoic acid-LDHs was added in 0.05%. The total viable count, thiobarbituric acid value (TBA), total volatile basic nitrogen value (TVB-N) and pH of the blank group were higher than those of each treatment group. Conclusion The composite preservative film has a good preservation effect, and can extend the shelf life of about 8 d. |
