      胡柚营养物质丰富, 含有大量黄酮类、萜类和酚酸化合物等功能性成分, 不仅是美味的食用水果, 还具有很高的药用价值, 在功能食品和药品开发方面具有广阔的应用前景。目前, 对于胡柚中功能性成分的检测方法有很多, 如紫外分光光度法, 主要用于总黄酮和总酚含量的测定; 液相色谱法, 适用于橙皮苷、新橙皮苷、诺米林、柠檬苦素等单个或多个物质含量的测定; 气相色谱-质谱法、液相色谱-质谱法等。本文综述了近年来胡柚中主要功能成分的分离及检测技术研究进展, 并提出了今后胡柚功能成分检测的发展趋势, 以期为胡柚功能成分的提取及深度开发利用提供参考。

      Citruschangshan-huyou Y.B.Chang is rich in nutrients and contains a lot of flavonoids, terpenoids, phenolic acids and other functional components, it is not only a kind of delicious edible fruit, but also has high medicinal value, and has broad application prospects in functional food and drug development. At present, there are many methods for detecting the functional components in the Citruschangshan-huyou Y.B.Chang, for example, the UV spectrophotometry, which is mainly used in the determination of total flavonoids and total phenolic content, the liquid chromatography, which is suitable for the determination of hesperidin, neohesperidin, nomilin and limonin, single or multiple substances, the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, and so on. This paper reviewed the research progress on separation and detection technology of main function components in Citruschangshan-huyou Y.B.Chang in recent years, and presented the development trend of the detection of the functional components of Citruschangshan-huyou Y.B.Chang, in order to provide a reference for the extraction and deep development of the functional components of the Citruschangshan-huyou Y.B.Chang.
