目的 提高实验室对转基因大豆的检测能力和检测人员专业技术水平, 增强实验室竞争力。方法 依据能力验证作业指导书和SN/T 1195-2003《大豆中转基因成分的定性PCR检测方法》的要求, 分别对编号17-F959和17-K858样品进行PCR检测。结果 17-F959和17-K858待测样品中, 外源基因CaMV35S、NOS、CP4 EPSPS均为阳性, 17-F959和17-K858待测样品均为转基因大豆。结论 本次能力验证获得满意结果。 |

Objective To improve the detection ability and the professional technical level of the detection personnel, and enhance lab competitiveness. Methods According to working instruction and SN/T 1195-2003 Protocol of the qualitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for detecting genetically modified component in soybeans, 17-F959 and 17-K858 samples were detected by PCR method. Results The foreign genes including CaMV35S、NOS and CP4 EPSPS were all positive in both of the two samples by PCR. Conclusion The ability verification results are satisfied. |
