      目的 建立罗非鱼中丁香酚残留量的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法 样品采用乙腈为提取溶剂, 经超声提取、正己烷脱脂净化2次后, 通过高效液相色谱技术检测, 外标法定量。结果 丁香酚在0.1~10.0 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系, 相关系数为0.99998; 5.00 g样品中丁香酚残留量的检出限为0.03 mg/kg, 定量限为0.10 mg/kg; 3个添加水平平均回收率为80.5%~101.2%, 相对标准偏差为3.38%~5.39%。结论 本方法具有操作简便、快速、准确的特点, 适用于罗非鱼中丁香酚残留量批量检测。

      Objective To establish a method for the determination of eugenol residues in tilapia products by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods The sample was ultrasonic extracted by acetonitrile, the fat was cleaned up twice by n-hexane, and then the diluted solution was determined by HPLC and quantified by the external standard method. Results The linear range was from 0.1 to 10.0 mg/L with a good correlation coefficients (r=0.99998) for eugenol. The limits of detection and quantitation were 0.03 and 0.10 mg/kg for eugenol based on a 5.00 g sample, respectively. Overall recoveries ranged from 80.5% to 101.2%, and relative standard deviations (RSD) was 3.38%~5.39% for all analytics. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can be applied to the batch inspection of eugenol residues in tilapia products.
