      目的 研究紫海胆中化学成分并进行结构鉴定。方法 以鲜活紫海胆为原料, 通过有机溶剂萃取、层析分离及高效液相色谱法制备单体化合物, 通过核磁共振波谱分析获得化合物的结构信息。结果 从紫海胆原料分离得到9种化合物, 分别鉴定为邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯、乙醇胺、胆甾醇、3-甲基-3, 4-二氢-1H-苯并[e][1, 4]二氮杂卓-2, 5-二酮、4-羟甲基-2-羧基-吡喃、libertellenone E、libertellenone F、ilicicolin C和细胞松弛素E。结论 所获得化合物中除乙醇胺、胆甾醇外, 其余7种化合物为紫海胆中首次分离得到。本研究可为海胆资源的深入研究和药用开发提供一定的化学依据。

      Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Anthocidaris crassispina and to identify the structures. Methods Using fresh Anthocidaris crassispina as the raw material, the monomer compounds were prepared by organic solvent extraction, chromatography separation and high performance liquid chromatography. The structure information of the compound was obtained by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Results Nine compounds were obtained from the raw materials of Anthocidaris crassispina, which were identified as follows: 2-benzenedicarboxylic acid bis(2-methylheptyl)ester, ethanolamine, 5-cholesten-3beta-ol, 3-methyl-3,4-dihydro- 1H-benzo[e] [1,4]diazepine-2,5-dione, 4-methylol-2-carboxyl-pyran, libertellenone E, libertellenone F, ilicicolin C, and cytochalasin E, respectively. Conclusion The remaining seven compounds are isolated from the Anthocidaris crassispina for the first time except ethanolamine and 5-cholesten-3beta-ol. This study can provide some chemical basis for the deep research and medicinal development of Anthocidaris crassispina.
