微波真空冷冻干燥是微波与真空冷冻干燥结合的干燥技术, 是用微波加热代替传统的传导式加热, 具有干燥效率高、能耗低、加热均匀、杀菌等优点。目前, 国内外对微波真空冷冻干燥相关的设备和理论研究还不是很成熟, 微波真空冷冻干燥还处于中试研究阶段, 还未进入工业化生产。本文是在使用微波真空冷冻干燥中试装置过程中, 发现和总结出微波真空冷冻干燥中试装置可以改进的一些地方, 对增加速冻部分装置、加热均匀性、干燥室内观察装置和在线温度测定方面进行了改进探讨, 以保证中试装置能够更加平稳、高效地运行, 从而为优化微波真空冷冻干燥工艺和设备提供依据, 使微波真空冷冻干燥的工业化成为可能。 |

Microwave vacuum freeze-drying is a drying technology, which combines microwave with vacuum freeze-drying, and uses microwave heating instead of traditional conductive heating. Microwave vacuum freeze-drying has advantages of high drying efficiency, low energy consumption, and uniform heating sterilization. At present, researches on the theory and equipment of microwave vacuum freeze-drying are not very mature, so microwave vacuum freeze-drying is still in the research phase, and has not yet entered an industrial production phase. In this paper, some problems of microwave vacuum freeze-drying pilot equipment were analyzed, and possible ways to resolve these problems were put forward, such as adding equipment in frozen section, improving device heating uniformity, introducing observation device of drying chamber, and measuring online temperature. In this way, the pilot equipment would be more stable and efficient. Therefore the information here can be applied in optimizing microwave vacuum freeze-drying system, which is possible to make microwave vacuum freeze-drying industrialization |
