目的 建立二甲基异茨醇在不同水样中的检测方法。方法 采用气质联用法测定水质中二甲基异茨醇。结果 2-甲基异茨醇在0~40 ng/L的浓度范围内有良好的线性范围, 线性相关系数大于等于0.999, 检出限为5 ng/L, 定量限为10 ng/L。在不同水样的基质下, 3个不同梯度浓度的回收在82.3%~98.9%之间, 相对偏差在0.68%~1.31%之间。结论 该方法可准确测定生活饮用水、养殖用水、鱼虾解冻用水以及水产品加工废水中的嗅味物质2-甲基异茨醇。 |

Objective To establish a detection method for 2-methylisoborneol in different water samples. Methods The 2-methylisoborneol in water samples was detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results The 2-methylisoborneol had good linear relationships in the range of 0~40 ng/L, and the correlation coefficients were larger than or equal to 0.999. The limits of detection and quantification were 5 ng/L and 10 ng/L, respectively. The recoveries of 2-methylisoborneol of 3 different spiked levels were 82.3%~98.9%, with the relative standard deviations of 0.68%~1.31%. Conclusion This method can be used to determine the water soluble substance 2-methylisoborneol in drinking water, aquaculture water, fish and shrimp defrosting water and aquatic products processing wastewater accurately. |
