      目的 建立一种金刚烷胺分子印迹聚合物的制备方法及其用于鸡肉中金刚烷胺残留的液相色谱- 串联质谱(high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, HPLC-MS/MS)检测方法。 方法 样品经甲醇-1%三氯乙酸(50:50, V:V)提取, 过分子印迹聚合物层析柱净化。采用0.1%甲酸-乙酸铵溶液(A)和甲醇(B)作为流动相进行梯度洗脱, 质谱采用反应监测模式(multiple reactions monitoring, MRM)对金刚烷胺的定量离子和定性离子进行监测。结果 金刚烷胺在2、5、10 μg/kg添加水平的回收率为82.0%~100.2%, 相对标准偏差小于5.8%(n=6), 方法最低定量限为2.0 μg/kg。结论 该方法快速、准确、灵敏, 适合测定鸡肉中金刚烷胺药物残留。

      Objective To establish a method for determination of amantadine residues in chicken by molecularly imprinted-liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). Methods Chicken samples were extracted by 0.1% chloroactic acid and methanol solution (50:50, V:V), and the molecular imprinted polymer chromatography column was purified. Then the amantadine in the extracts were gradient eluted using a gradient elution program of 0.1% formic acid in ammonium solution (A) and methanol solution (B). The quantitative ion and qualitative ion of amantadine were monitored by mass spectrometry with multiple reactions monitoring (MRM). Results The recoveries of amantadine were ranged from 82.0% to 100.2% at 3 spiked levels of 2, 5 and 10 μg/kg. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 5.8% (n=6), and the limit of quantitation (LOQ) for amantadine was 2 μg/kg. Conclusion The proposed method is rapid, accurate and sensitive, which is suitable for detecting amantadine in chicken samples.
