目的 对吉林省地区2016年保健食品中铝的污染情况按照地市区域进行调查和评估, 为保健食品市场铝的限值制定与风险交流提供依据。方法 遵循随机抽样原则, 从吉林省12个地区采集样本72批样本, 按照电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, ICP-MS)对样品中的铝进行痕量检测, 并运用风险分析框架和模式对其数据进行评估。结果 72批样本中, 铝的检出范围为0.56~732.2 mg/kg, 均值为105.3 mg/kg, 检出率为88.89%; 茶类制品中铝的污染程度较高, 检出范围为4.25~732.2 mg/kg, 均值为289.9 mg/kg, 检出率为100.0%。结论 2016年吉林省流通保健食品中铝污染情况较为普遍, 但基本介于可控风险范围内。因此加强保健食品原料的评价和监管依然是今后一段时间内监管部门工作发展的主流方向。 |

Objective To Investigate and evaluate contamination level of aluminum in health food in different districts in Jilin in 2016, so as to provide the basis for the formulation and risk communication of aluminum in health food market. Methods According to the principle of random sampling, health food samples were collected from 12 districts. A total of 72 batches of sample were collected. Then aluminum content was measured according to national standard method by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The risk analysis framework and model were used to evaluate contamination level of aluminum. Results The aluminum contents were from 0.56 mg/kg to 732.2 mg/kg, with the mean content of 105.3 mg/kg, and the detection rate was 88.89%. The tea leaf products were seriously contaminated, and the aluminum contents were from 4.25 mg/kg to 732.2 mg/kg with the mean content of 289.9 mg/kg, and the detection rate was 100.0%. Conclusion Contamination level of aluminum is general in health food with the controllable risk range in Jilin. Therefore, strengthening the evaluation and supervision of health food raw materials is still the mainstream direction for the development of regulatory departments in future. |
