      目的 对食品安全风险评估中主要影响因素进行分析, 有效反映新疆维吾尔自治区食品安全抽样检查现状。方法 结合灰色关联理论对2015年各个月份新疆15个地、州、市地区的3910批次的食品抽样检查及检测得到相关数据进行分析。结果 抽样检查中不合格样品大多属于低风险类, 可以得出2015年的食品安全状况属于安全可控状态。结论 结合灰色关联理论法分析食品安全可准确描述食品安全风险的等级, 加强了监管食品安全的有效性, 也为评估食品安全风险等级提供合适的分析方法。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze the main influencing factors in food safety risk assessment and effectively reflect the status of sampling inspection of food safety in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Methods A total of 3910 batches were analyzed through gray correlation theory, which came from food sampling inspection and testing in different states and cities (about 15 areas) of Xinjiang in 2015. Results Most of the unqualified samples in the sampling inspection belonged to the low risk category. The situation of food safety was safe and controllable in 2015. Conclusion The analysis of food safety combined with gray correlation theory can accurately describe the level of food safety risks, strengthen the effectiveness of food safety supervision, and provide appropriate analytical methods to assess the risk level of food safety.
