目的 建立分子印迹固相萃取结合气相色谱-质谱联用法(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, GC-MS)快速测定按摩油类化妆品中16种多环芳烃(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, PAHs)。方法 样品用正己烷分散, 经多环芳烃分子印迹固相萃取柱(molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction, MIP-PAHs SPE)富集、N-丙基乙二胺(primary secondary amine, PSA)固相萃取柱净化, GC-MS外标法定性定量。结果 16种PAHs在50~500 μg/L范围内线性关系良好, 相关系数(correlation coefficients, r2)在0.9870~0.9993范围内。样品添加标准品浓度在100~1000 μg/kg时, 其回收率在75.5%~117.2%之间, 相对标准差小于14.9%, 方法的测定下限(limit of detection, LOD)介于0.3~4.1 μg/kg之间。结论 本方法简单、快速、准确, 适用于按摩油类化妆品中16种多环芳烃的检测。 |

Objective To establish a rapid analytical method for determination of 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in massage oil by molecular imprinting solid phase extraction (MIP-SPE) with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods The samples were diluted with hexane and 16 kinds of PAHs were adsorbed by MIP-PAHs-SPE and detected by GC-MS with external standard method after being cleaned up with primary secondary amine solid phase extraction (PSA SPE). Results This method had a good linearity in the range of 50?500 μg/L with correlation coefficients among 0.9870~0.9993. The recoveries of all PAHs were in the range of 75.5% to 117.2% at the spiked levels of 100~1000 μg/kg in samples, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 14.9%. The limits of detection (LOD) were 0.3~4.1 μg/kg. Conclusion The established method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can be used for the determination of 16 kinds of PAHs in massage oil. |
