      目的 建立气相色谱-质谱联用法(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, GC-MS)测定啤酒中N,N-二甲基亚硝胺的不确定度评定的方法。方法 从测定方法分析不确定度来源, 计算各不确定度分量, 合成扩展不确定度。结果 该检测方法线性良好, 线性方程为Y=0.00557X-0.0974, 相关系数r=0.9994, 相对标准偏差为1.11%。啤酒样品中的N,N-二甲基亚硝胺测定结果平均值为10.9 μg/mL, 扩展不确定度为1.56 μg/mL。结论 提出的方法适用于啤酒中N,N-二甲基亚硝胺的不确定度评定。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the measurement uncertainty for determination of N-nitrosodimethylamine in beer by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods Each source of uncertainty in measurement arising from procedure of testing was analyzed and confirmed according to the guidelines of the uncertainty in measurement. Besides, the combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of the result were calculated after each uncertainty component was evaluated. Results The detection method had good linearity. The linear equation was Y=0.00557X-0.0974 with the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.9994, and the relative standard deviation was 1.11%. The average N-nitrosodimethylamine content in beer sample was 10.9 μg/mL, and the extended uncertainty was 1.56 μg/mL. Conclusion The method is applicable for the evaluation of measurement uncertainty for the determination of N-nitrosodimethylamine in beer.
