      目的 探讨不同清洗方法对草莓中植物生长调节剂残留量的影响, 确定草莓的最佳清洗方法。方法利用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, HPLC-MS/MS)同时测定草莓中多效唑、氯吡脲、噻苯隆和2,4-滴4种植物生长调节剂残留, 对采集的样品进行筛查。以筛出的阳性样品作为研究对象, 采用正交设计的方法, 考查清洗剂、清洗方式、清洗时间、清洗温度等因素对清洗效果的影响, 每个因素下设有不同的影响水平, 共设计27组清洗方案, 以4种植物生长调节剂的去除率作为评价指标。结果 以0.5% NaCl水溶液在25 ℃浸泡20 min的效果最明显, 4种调节剂的去除率高于35%。结论 本研究探索出了草莓易行有效的洗涤方法, 设计合理, 准确可靠, 可用于草莓日常清洗。

      Objective To investigate the cleaning effect of different cleaning methods on plant growth regulators residues in strawberry, and confirm the best cleaning method for strawberries. Methods Residues of 4 kinds of plant growth regulators (including paclobutrazol, forchlorfenuron, thidiazuron and 2,4-dichlo-rophenoxyacetic acid) in strawberry were determinated simultaneously by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC/MS/MS), and the collection of samples were screened. The positive samples were selected as the research object, and the influence of cleaning solvent, cleaning method, cleaning time and cleaning temperature on cleaning effect were tested by the orthogonal design method, each factor had different levels of influence, and a total of 27 kinds of cleaning schemes were designed. The removal rates of 4 kinds of plant growth regulators residues were used as evaluation indexes. Results Cleaning at 25 ℃ and soaking for 20 min in 0.5% NaCl solution was the best washing method and the removal rates of 4 kinds of regulator were above 35%. Conclusion This study explores the simple and effective method for strawberry cleaning, which is reasonable, accurate, reliable and can be used for daily cleaning of strawberries.
