      目的 使用液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱筛选代谢对羟基乙酮的芽胞杆菌。方法 以20种不同芽胞杆菌为研究材料, 采用液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱(liquid chromatography/quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry, LC-QTOF-MS)技术, 通过分子特征提取和谱库检索, 获得总体代谢物信息。结果 筛选出1株能够代谢对羟基苯乙酮的芽胞杆菌, 为福氏芽胞杆菌FJAT-10032, 测试结果中,该化合物精确分子量为136.0522, 与Metlin谱库检索得分为90.97, 占菌株FJAT-10032总代谢物相对含量为1.39 %。结论 福氏芽胞杆菌能够产生对羟基乙酮, 本研究为该菌的开发和利用提供理论依据。

      Objective To screen the Bacillus strains producing 4'-hydroxyacetophenone by liquid chromatography/quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC-QTOF-MS). Methods Extracellular metabolites of 20 Bacillus strains were analyzed by LC-QTOF-MS. The information of total metabolites was obtained by molecular feature extraction and spectral library search. Results The results showed that only one Bacillus strain, Bacillus fordii FJAT-10032 that producing 4'-hydroxyacetophenone. The exact mass of the compound was 136.0522. The relative content of 4'-hydroxyacetophenone was 1.39% with match score of 90.97. Conclusion This study provides the theory basis for the development and utilization of Bacillus fordii FJAT-10032, which can produce 4'-hydroxyacetophenone.
