      目的 根据食用油的线性混合机制给出了掺杂混合油的吸光度和构成它的原料油的吸光度及其掺杂比之间的线性关系式, 从而推导出一种利用吸光度计算掺杂比的检测方法。方法 由误差分析理论确定了最佳检测波长区位于有效工作区内2种原料油的吸光度差值最大的区域, 利用构建的可见-近红外光谱采集检测系统对芝麻油掺杂玉米油、橄榄油掺杂葵花籽油和花生油掺杂大豆油的情况进行了实验验证。结果 3种情况的计算掺杂比和标准配比之间的相关系数分别可以达到0.9996、0.9984和0.9993, 标准误差为0.0061、0.0116和0.0076。结论 利用线性光度法可以准确计算得到食用混合油的掺杂比, 可以用于食用油掺杂的快速定量检测。

      Objective According to the linear mixing mechanism of edible oils, the linear equation was given out including the absorbance of mixed oil and the absorbance of two raw oils as well as the adulterating ratio to derive a calculating method for the adulterating ratio of mixed edible oil used the absorbance. Methods Based on the theory of errors, the best detection wavelength was determined at which the difference between the absorbance of two raw oils was the largest. A visible-near infrared spectroscopy (VIS/NIR) spectral acquisition system was assembled to validate three mixing cases of sesame oil adulterated with corn oil, olive oil adulterated with sunflower oil and peanut oil adulterated with soybean oil. Results The results showed that the correlation coefficients were 0.9996, 0.9984 and 0.9993, respectively, with relative errors of 0.0061, 0.0116 and 0.0076, respectively. Conclusion The adulterating ratio of mixed edible oil can be calculated accurately by the linear photometry method, so the method can be applied in the rapid detection of adulteration of edible oil.
