      食品生产许可制度从食品生产源头开始把关, 对减少食品安全事故的发生和推动食品生产良性发展有着关键性的作用。食品生产许可现场核查对食品生产许可审查员工作的专业性、原则性、技巧性均有较高要求。本文通过对湖南省123家食品生产企业现场核查中主要问题进行归纳统计分析, 将食品生产许可现场核查的各重点项目及问题进行分类描述, 并提出了相应的改进办法, 为审查人员从实际工作出发, 理解食品生产许可通则和正确运用生产许可现场核查评分记录表提供了参考。
英文摘要:
      The food production license system starts from the source of food production, which has a pivotal role in reducing food safety accidents and promoting the benign development of food production. On-site verification for food production license has high requirements to the professional, principle and technical work of food production license inspector. This article mainly collected and counted the main problems of on-site verification of 123 food production enterprises in Hunan province, described various key projects and problems with classification, and put forward the corresponding improvement measures, so as to provide references for inspectors to understand the general principles of the food production license and correctly use scoring record of on-site verification of production license starting from the actual work.
