目的 建立顶空-气相色谱-质谱联用法(headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, HS-GC-MS)测定食品纸包装材料中13种烯烃化合物(四氟乙烯、六氟丙烯、异戊二烯、1,1-二氯乙烯, 4-甲基-1-戊烯、己烯、二环[2,2,1]庚-2-烯、辛烯、3,4-二羟基-1-丁烯、苯乙烯、苯丙烯、2-苯丙烯、3,4-二乙酰氧基-1-丁烯)的含量。方法 样品在平衡温度为115 ℃, 平衡时间为10 min的条件下自动顶空进样, 经DB-624(60 m×0.25 mm, 1.4 μm)色谱柱分离, 采用电子轰击离子源和选择离子扫描模式, 用GC-MS进行检测。结果 该方法检出限为6~60 μg/kg, 方法定量限为20~200 μg/kg; 13种烯烃类化合物在5~1000 μg/kg范围内线性良好, 相关系数均大于0.99; 方法回收率为93.9%~99.9%, 相对标准偏差为2.0%~7.9 %。结论 该方法操作简便, 灵敏度高, 可适用于食品纸包装材料中13种烯烃化合物的检测。 |

Objective To establish a method for determination of 13 kinds alkene compounds (tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene, isoprene, 1,1-dichloroethylene, 4-methyl-1-pentene, hexene-1, bicyclo(2.2.1)hept-2-ene, octylene, 3,4-dihydroxy-1-butene, styrene, allylbenzene, 2-phenylpropylene, and 3,4-diacetoxy-1-butene) in food packaging paper materials by headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-GC-MS). Methods After equilibrated at 115 ℃ for 10 min, the samples were injected with a headspace automatic injector, and separated by a DB-624 column (60 m × 0.25 mm, 1.4 μm), with the ionization mode of electron ionization and select ion scanning mode, and then detected by GC-MS. Results The limits of detection and the limits of quantification were 6~60 μg/kg and 20~200 μg/kg, respectively. Alkene compounds had good linearities in the range of 5~1000 μg/kg (r2>0.99). The recoveries were ranged from 93.9% to 99.9% and the relative standard deviations were 2.0%~7.9%. Couclusion This method is simple and sensitive, which is suitable for the determination of 13 kinds of alkene compounds in food packaging paper materials. |
