      目的 建立高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中纳他霉素、富马酸二甲酯的分析方法。方法 样品用甲醇溶解提取、超纯水定容, Agilent TC-C18柱色谱分离, 采用高效液相色谱-光电二极管阵列检测器进行检测, 并以峰面积外标法定量。结果 在4种基质、4个添加水平下, 纳他霉素的平均回收率在88.1%~97.7%之间, 相对标准偏差为2.47%~5.72%, 检出限为0.10 mg/kg; 富马酸二甲酯的平均回收率在84.5%~104%之间, 相对标准偏差为1.21%~5.28%, 检出限为0.05 mg/kg。结论 该方法具有操作简便、快速、准确的特点, 适用于食品中纳他霉素、富马酸二甲酯的含量分析。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of natamycin and dimethyl fumarate (DMF) in foods by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods Samples were extracted by methanol and water, separated by Agilent TC-C18 column, detected by HPLC with photo-diode array detector (PDA) and quantified by the external standard method. Results At 4 different spiked levels in 4 kinds of food, the average recoveries of natamycin were between 88.1%~97.7%, with the RSD of 2.47%~5.72%. The average recoveries of dimethyl fumarate were between 84.5%~104%, with the RSD of 1.21%~5.28%. Detection limits of natamycin and DMF were 0.10 mg/kg and 0.05 mg/kg, respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, fast and accurate, which can be applied to the analysis of the content of natamycin and DMF in foods.
