      近年来, 湛江水产品进口保持了较快的发展速度, 但现有监管模式已不能满足其发展需要。本文对集中检管区的概念、发展现状及趋势进行了分析, 结合湛江水产品进口现状、发展趋势及监管存在的问题, 研究了湛江进口水产品集中检管区的条件和要求, 并对其可行性进行分析研究, 最后通过成立组织机构、制定工作方案、开展走访调研、组织专家论证、制定相关制度标准和建设目标等, 对湛江进口水产品集中检管区建设进行了探索, 以期对提高湛江进口水产品质量和完善我国进口食品检管区体系建设提供一定参考。

      In recent years, the import of aquatic products in Zhanjiang developed fast, but the current supervision pattern can’t satisfy its development anymore. This article analyzed the concept, status and trend of the centralized supervision zone. Combined with the status and trend of imported aquatic products, and the existing difficulties during supervision, the condition, requirements and feasibility of the centralized supervision zone for imported aquatic products in Zhanjiang were investigated. Finally, the construction of Zhanjiang centralized supervision zone for imported aquatic products was explored by forming organizations, making plans, carrying out investigation, asking for experts’ suggestion, making rules and targets. This research provided the reference information for improving the quality of imported aquatic products in Zhanjiang, and perfecting the supervision zone system for imported food in our country.
