      目的 建立高效液相色谱法同时测定紫丁香苷、绿原酸、栀子苷和红景天苷的含量。方法 样品经过前处理, 以0.05%磷酸水:乙腈:甲醇(85:10:5, V:V:V)为流动相, 等度洗脱, 经反相硅胶柱(4.6 mm×150 cm, 5 μm)分离, 并于220 nm波长检测。结果 紫丁香苷在浓度1.0~51 μg/mL之间呈现良好的线性关系, r=0.9995,平均回收率为99.16%~99.32%, 相对标准偏差为0.10%; 绿原酸在浓度5.3~27 μg/mL之间呈现良好的线性关系, r=1.0000, 平均回收率在99.08%~99.51%之间, 相对标准偏差为0.23%; 栀子苷在浓度6.1~30 μg/mL之间呈现良好的线性关系, r=0.9990,平均回收率在98.16%~98.38%之间, 相对标准偏差为0.13%; 红景天苷在浓度5.3~26 μg/mL之间呈现良好的线性关系, r=0.9990, 平均回收率在98.75%~99.86%之间, 相对标准偏差为0.58%。结论 该方法能同时测定紫丁香苷、绿原酸、栀子苷和红景天苷含量, 耗时短、操作简便、准确、重现性好, 可在实验室推广。

      Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of syringin, chlorogenic acid, gardenia glycosides and salidroside by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods Samples were pretreated and separated by reverse phase silica gel column (4.6 mm×150 cm, 5 μm), with 0.05% phosphoric acid water: methanol: acetonitrile (85:10:5, V:V:V) as mobile phase mixture and isocratic elution. The detection wavelength was 220 nm. Results Syringin had a good linear relationship in range of 1.0~51 μg/mL (r=0.9995), the average recoveries were 99.16%~99.32%, and the RSD was 0.10%. Chlorogenic acid had a good linear relationship in range of 5.3~27.0 μg/mL (r=1.0000), the average recovery were 99.08%~99.51%, and the RSD was 0.23%. Gardenoside had a good linear relationship in range of 6.1~30 μg/mL (r=0.9999), the average recovery were 98.16%~98.38%, and the RSD was 0.13%. Salidroside had a good linear relationship in range of 5.3~26 μg/mL (r=0.9990), the average recovery were 98.75%~99.86%, and the RSD was 0.58%. Conclusion This method is rapid, simple and accurate, and can be used for the simultaneous determination of syringin, chlorogenic acid, gardenoside and salidroside in health foods, which can be popularized in the laboratories.
