      免疫层析技术是一种建立在层析技术和抗原抗体特异性免疫反应基础上的免疫检测技术。近年来国内外食源性疾病频繁爆发, 越来越引起社会的关注。因此建立一种快速、简便且适用于食源性病原菌的检测方法在预防和诊断食源性疾病中具有重大的社会意义。免疫层析技术具有灵敏度高、特异性强、操作简便及检测速度快等特点, 已经被广泛应用于食品领域的检测中。本文综述了6种免疫标记材料在检测不同种类病原菌方面的应用, 并对其检测特点进行了介绍。
英文摘要:
      The immunochromatographic technology is one kind of immunoassay technique which based on chromotography techniques and the immune reaction between antigen and its antibody. In recent years, the frequent outbreak of foodborne illness at home and abroad has attracted more and more attention of the society. So a rapid and simple method for the detection of food-borne pathogenic bacterium is of great social significance in the prevention and diagnosis of foodborne illness. Immunochromatography has high sensitivity, strong specificity, easy operation and fast detection speed, which has been widely used in the detection of food. This paper reviewed the application of six kinds of immune markers on the detection of different kinds of pathogenic bacteria, and the characteristics of each method was been introduced.
