      目的 建立饮料中7种人工合成色素柠檬黄、新红、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、亮蓝、赤藓红的高效液相色谱法检测方法。方法 样品中的7种人工合成色素在pH=6的条件下经1.0%的乙腈水提取, 超声, 离心后供液相色谱检测。检测波长为420、520、650 nm, 外标法定量。结果 7种人工合成色素在1.0~50 μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好, 相关系数均大于0.9981, 平均回收率为73.6%~107.2%, RSD为7.65%~14.77%, 检出限均为5 mg/kg。结论 本方法操作简便、经济实用、结果准确可靠, 可用于样品的批量检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for the determination of 7 kinds of synthetic pigments (including tatrazine, new red, amaranth, carmine, sunset yellow, brilliant blue and erythrosine) in beverage by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods The 7 kinds of synthetic pigments in samples were extracted by 1.0% acetonitrile (pH=6) solution and ultrasonic. After centrifuged, the extractions were determined by HPLC at 420, 520, and 650 nm. The external standard method was used for quantitative analysis. Results The method showed a good linearity in the range of 1.0~50 μg/mL for 7 kinds of synthetic pigments with correlation coefficients above 0.9981. The recovery rates, relative standard deviations (RSDs) and detection limits of this method were 73.6%~107.2%, 7.65%~14.77% and 5 mg/kg, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, economical and practical with accurate and reliable results, which is suitable for batch samples determination.
