      目的 解决HACCP体系认证有效性评价问题。方法 根据认证有效性评价要素的特点, 选择合理的评价因子, 采用模糊综合分析法建立模型, 对认证有效性的质量进行综合量化评价, 并以实例验证模型与方法的可行性。结果 模糊综合评价法可以对企业HACCP体系认证有效性进行准确的定量评价。结论 可以运用模糊数学定量方法对认证有效性进行评判, 进一步规范认证活动。
英文摘要:
      Objective To solve the problem of the effectiveness of hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) certification assessment. Method According to the characteristics of elements for evaluation of the effectiveness of certification, reasonable evaluation factors were selected, models were established by the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method, the quality of certification validity was evaluated comprehensively, and an example was proposed to verify the feasibility of the model and method. Results The results showed that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method could make accurate quantitative evaluation on enterprise HACCP system certification validity. Conclusion Application of fuzzy mathematics quantitative method to evaluate the effectiveness of certification is available, which can be used to further standardize the certification activities.
