由于食品接触材料在与食品接触的过程中, 其成分可能迁移到食品中影响食品安全, 因此食品接触材料又被称为间接的食品添加剂。近年来, 其安全性备受关注, 为保障食品安全各国政府都加强了对食品接触材料立法制修订。本文从法规形式、适用范围、时效性、风险分析、物质清单、使用规范、标识和可追溯性要求等方面深入分析了各国食品接触材料法规的特点。根据国际上各国法规的优点, 给出了建立和完善我国食品接触材料法规体系的可参考建议。 |

As the component of the food contact materials might migrate into food and affect the food safety when packaging the food, the food contact materials were also named indirect-food additives. In recent years, the food safety has been given more and more concern. Governments in the world drafted or revised the regulations of food contact materials in order to ensure the food safety. Characteristics of domestic and foreign food contact materials regulations were analyzed from the aspects of regulations form, scope, timeliness, risk analysis, the list of substances, identification and trace-ability requirements, and the recommendations were proposed to establish and improve China food contact materials regulations system based on the merits of international regulations. |
