      目的 建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定珍珠粉中6种元素的方法, 进一步完善珍珠粉的测定方法, 为珍珠粉的质量控制提供依据。方法 采用微波消解法处理样品, 电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定珍珠粉中钙、钠、镁、铁、锶、锌6种元素。对6种元素采取低、中、高3个浓度水平进行加标回收实验, 对混合标准溶液连续测定6次进行精密度实验。另称取6份同一样品, 采用微波消解法消解处理, 对样品测定进行重复性实验。结果 6种元素中钙、钠、镁、铁在0~10 mg/L范围内线性关系良好, 锶、锌在0~1 mg/L范围内线性关系良好。加标回收率为91%~105%, 精密度为0.5%~1.0%, 重复性为0.8%~1.3%。结论 本方法简便快速准确, 可用于珍珠粉中6中元素的测定。

      Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 6 kinds of elements in pearl powder by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry, and improve the determination method of pearl powder, so as to provide basis for the quality control of pearl powder. Methods Six kinds of elements such as calcium, sodium, magnesium, iron, strontium and zinc of samples preprocessed by microwave digestion method were detected by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry. The recovery experiment by adding standard samples was carried out for 6 kinds of elements at three levels. The precision experiment was carried out by continuous determination for 6 times. Moreover, 6 kinds of the same samples were treated by microwave digestion method and determined for the repeated experiments. Results Calcium, sodium, magnesium and iron had good linear relationships in the range of 0~10 mg/L, and strontium and zinc had good linear relationships in the range of 0~1 mg/L. The recoveries were in the range of 91%~105%, the accuracies were in the range of 0.5%~1.0% and the repeatabilities were in the range of 0.8%~1.3%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for the determination of 6 kinds of elements in pearl powder.
