目的 建立一种食品中多种有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和有机磷农药残留量的快速检测方法。方法 采用乙腈作为提取溶剂, 超声波提取农药残留, 用气相色谱(ECD检测器)检测有机氯和拟除虫菊酯, 用气相色谱(FPD检测器)检测有机磷农药残留。结果 16种有机氯、拟除虫菊酯以及11种有机磷的分离度均大于1.5, 相关系数0.9986~0.99998, 定量限0.001~0.06 mg/kg, 相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5.0, 加标回收率90.8%~108.3%。结论 该方法在国家标准基础上简化了前处理方法, 实现了有机氯、拟除虫菊酯、有机磷农药残留量检测前处理的统一, 缩短了前处理时间, 减少了溶剂的消耗。该方法快速、准确、灵敏, 适合食品中有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和有机磷农药残留的检测。 |

Objective To establish a rapid method for the detection of residues of organochlorine, pyrethroid and organophosphorus pesticides in food. Methods Using acetonitrile as extraction solvent, pesticide residues were extracted by ultrasonic and then detected by gas chromatography detector (ECD) and gas chromatography detector (FPD). Results The degree of separation of 16 kinds of organic chlorine and 11 kinds of organic phosphorus were all greater than 1.5, correlation coefficients were 0.9986~0.99998, quantitative limits were 0.001~0.06 mg/kg, the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 5 and recovery rates were 90.8%~108.3%. Conclusion This method simplifies the pretreatment method, and realizes the unification of the organic chlorine, the pesticide residues of the organic phosphorus and the organic phosphorus, which greatly reduces the processing time and the consumption of solvent. This proposed method is rapid, accurate and sensitive, which is suitable for the detection of residues of organochlorine, pyrethroid and organophosphorus pesticides in food. |
