      目的 建立芒果浆中乙烯利残留量的自动顶空气相色谱法检测方法。方法 将芒果浆样品加入顶空样品瓶中, 加入适量饱和氢氧化钾溶液, 在80 ℃的条件下恒温加热, 氢火焰检测器检测产生的乙烯含量, 外标法定量。结果 乙烯利在0.5~100.0 μg/mL 浓度范围内线性关系良好, 相关系数均大于0.9999。添加水平为0.02、0.05、0.10 mg/kg时, 乙烯利的平均回收率分别为79.9%、85.4%和86.8%, 相对标准偏差为3.97%~5.26%。结论 该方法简便、快速、经济实用, 适用性强, 结果准确可靠, 可用于样品批量快速检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for the determination of the ethephon residue in mango puree by combining AutoHS headspace sampler with gas chromatography (GC). Methods After charging mango puree into headspace sample bottle, a certain amount of saturated KOH solution were added. Then the headspace bottle was heated up to 80 ℃ and ethylene released was detected by GC with a FID detector. The quantitation of ethephon was made by standard curve. Results The method showed a good linearity ranged from 0.5 to 100.0 μg/mL of ethephon concentration with correlation coefficients above 0.9999. The determined average recoveries were 79.9%, 85.4% and 86.8% at the spiked level of 0.02, 0.05and 0.10 mg/kg, respectively. The relative standard deviation was between 3.97%~5.26%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, economical and practical, and the analyzed result is accurate and reliable, which is suitable for the rapid determination of sample.
