目的 评定卷烟主流烟气中一氧化碳含量的测量不确定度, 为测定主流烟气中一氧化碳含量提供有效、可靠的测量数据。方法 根据JJF(烟草)1-2007《卷烟主流烟气中烟碱、焦油和一氧化碳测量不确定度评定指南》的指导方法, 对卷烟主流烟气中一氧化碳的测量过程进行研究, 系统分析整个测量结果的不确定度来源, 建立不确定度的数学模型, 并确定测量结果的置信区间。结果 结果表明一氧化碳测量的不确定度主要是由环境波动、示值、抽吸口数造成的, 因此在检测过程中应尽量减小测试环境的波动性及提高示值的精度, 才能进一步减小测量不确定度。结论 该批卷烟样品的测定结果: 一氧化碳含量为10.2 mg/支, 扩展不确定度为0.7 mg/支。 |

Objective In order to measure the uncertainty of evaluation of carbon monoxide content in cigarette mainstream smoke, and provide effective and reliable data for the determination of carbon monox-ide content in cigarette mainstream smoke. Methods Based on JJF(YC)1-2007, the measuring process of carbon monoxide in cigarette mainstream smoke were studied, the source of the uncertainty of measurement result were systematic analyzed, the mathematical model of uncertainty was established, and the confidence interval of the test results was determined, which was expressed by the synthetic standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty. Results The experimental results showed that carbon monoxide was the main source of measurement uncertainty by the environmental fluctuations, value, and number of suction mouth, therefore in the process of testing, it should be as far as possible to reduce the volatility of the testing environment and improve the accuracy of the value to further reduce the uncertainty of measurement. Conclusion The carbon monoxide content in the sample was 10.2 mg/cig, with the expanded uncertainty of 0.7 mg/cig. |
