      目的 建立气相色谱-质谱联用法测定糙米中9 种拟除虫菊酯类农药多残留分析方法。方法 样品经乙腈提取, C18固相萃取柱净化, 采用气相色谱-质谱串联法进行测定。结果 9 种农药均在18 min之内流出, 相关系数r在0.99以上, 回收率均为79.9%~122.8%之间, 重现性良好, 相对标准偏差在11%以内。结论 本方法可以简便快捷地一次性检测出糙米中9 种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留, 较实用于日常大批量样品的检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a gas chromatography–mass spectrometry method for the simultaneous determination of 9 synthetic pyrethroids in browm rice. Methods Samples were extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned up with an SPE-C18 cartridge. Finally, the analyte was determined by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. Results All the 9 kinds of synthetic pyrethroids were drained out within 18 minutes. The correlation coefficient r was above 0.99. The recoveries were between 79.9%~122.8%, and the relative standard deviation was below 11%. Conclusion This method can be used for the determination of 9 synthetic pyrethroids in browm rice. This method is rapid, accurate and suitable for 9 synthetic pyrethroids of large quantities of samples, and can be used in routine assay.
